At the end of this course, you will be able to:
I am a great grandfather and I just started with on line lessons and on my first subject and have already learned alot. You have heard the saying, "you can't teach an old dog new tricks" but I am an old dog and I have learned. The main trick is to get to the root of the problem, any problem.
This course helped me realize that even though our adoptive children have been with us since a very young age, the things that they went though with their birth families was difficult....it would make anyone angry.
Three of our children have gone through grief and loss of a sibling, plus they lost birth parents due to neglect/abusive situations. Their anger pie is a deep dish....I'll be looking for the triggers starting today!
I will use what I learned in this course. Very helpful!
